Lead Educate!'s performance metrics function and its data stack for youth outcomes across East Africa.

You will: - Set strategy, operating model and priorities, and build the team - Own end-to-end data architecture: ingestion, warehousing, transformation and self-serve BI on BigQuery + dbt - Turn data into decisions with dashboards and better data literacy

What they want: - ~7+ years in analytics, data or M&E, including leading managers - Hands-on SQL, dbt-style workflows and BigQuery - Strong indicator thinking; non-traditional backgrounds welcome
