You will: - Govern quality and reliability of HR data across multiple systems - Build HR dashboards and KPIs and automate reporting - Produce monthly HR stats (headcount, starters, leavers, turnover, leave) and support data/AI transformation projects

What they want: - Master's in HR with a data analytics/data science/IS/statistics focus, or related - Strong Excel (pivots, lookups) and data analysis - Power BI or Tableau
