Junior Tech Roles (Data, QA, Software & IT) - Tana Talent Pool - Kenya (remote)

Tana trains early-career Kenyans and places them in full-time remote roles with companies in North America and Europe. Roles include Junior Data Analyst and AI Business Analyst.

How it works: - Application with learning and practical exercises - Online technical tests and a screening interview - Admission to the talent pool, then company interviews

What they want: - Kenyan citizen based in Kenya - STEM degree or tech bootcamp (final-year students can apply) - 0-2 years' experience (internships count); reliable laptop, internet and power
