About the company: M-KOPA is a fintech that finances smartphones, solar and e-bikes for everyday earners, with 10M+ customers and $2B+ in credit across Sub-Saharan Africa. Full time, senior role reporting into the Kenya leadership team.

You will: - Own Kenya credit performance: weekly/monthly/quarterly credit reporting and portfolio reviews - Diagnose deterioration and lead the response with fraud and collections inputs - Price payment plans for growth and margin, and forecast unit economics - Own BI delivery for Kenya, set data quality and metric standards, and coach the analytics team - Represent credit on regulatory matters and credit bureau decisions

What they want: - Strong record in credit risk and portfolio performance, ideally consumer lending or PAYGO - Top-tier analytics: code-based tools, BI platforms, experiment design - Real, hands-on use of AI tools in analytical workflows - Experience leading BI/analytics teams and influencing executives - Quantitative degree preferred; CFA/ACCA/CPA/FRM a plus
