Senior Manager, Data Systems at Trees for the Future - Kenya, Tanzania or Uganda (closes 1 Dec)

About the organisation: Trees for the Future (TREES) is a nonprofit working with farmers in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda on regenerative agroforestry, land restoration and carbon projects. Full time, 5-7 years. Must already have work rights in KE, TZ or UG.

You will: - Administer and improve TREES' Salesforce: objects, flows, validation rules, permissions, reports and dashboards - Gather requirements from MEL, Programs, Carbon and Fundraising teams and turn them into working solutions - Run enhancements end to end with external developers, including UAT and release management - Build decision-ready reports and support the wider Power BI analytics strategy - Keep integrations (TaroWorks, fundraising tools, BI) and data governance in good shape

What they want: - Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management or related - 5-7 years of Salesforce admin and data systems experience; ADM 201 or equivalent - Power BI, Tableau or similar - Project/implementation management and UAT experience - Nice to have: SQL, Python, APIs, NPSP, KoboToolbox/ODK/CommCare, M&E experience
