You will: - Set and maintain database standards and policies; support design, build and testing - Manage availability and performance: incidents, tuning and indexing - Design backup, archiving and storage strategies; install upgrades and patches - Manage users, privileges and role-based access, with quarterly access reviews - Implement encryption, masking and activity monitoring and close audit findings

What they want: - Degree in science, engineering or computer science - Oracle OCA/OCP (19c or later); OCI certs a plus - High availability (RAC, Data Guard, ASM) and database migrations - 24/7 production support, including on-call - ITIL; cloud exposure (OCI, AWS or Azure) is an advantage
