About the company: Great Place To Work UK is a workplace-culture consultancy running employee surveys, certification and Best Workplaces lists, drawing on data from 25,000+ organisations. Contract: 3 months initially, possible extension. 5+ years, senior level, reports to the Head of BI & Revenue Operations.

You will: - Own and harden the R scripts behind critical products, reporting and analysis - Lead redesign of complex templates, scripts and analytical processes - Be the senior escalation point for sensitive client data queries - Set data quality standards and build checks, incl. validating Best Workplaces submissions - Coach colleagues and document better ways of working

What they want: - 5+ years leading business-critical data projects, ready to deliver from day one - Expert survey analysis: segmentation, PCA, key driver analysis - Senior-level, production-grade R; Shiny is a strong plus - Works autonomously and handles senior stakeholders confidently - Nice to have: SQL, Azure, data warehousing / cloud data engineering
