✅Develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations from analytical outputs. ✅Build long-term fundraising forecasting models covering income, donor growth, retention, ROI and donor Lifetime Value (LTV). ✅Support strategic planning, budgeting and scenario modelling. ✅Develop investment models and business cases for fundraising initiatives. ✅Build and optimise donor segmentation and predictive models. ✅Conduct predictive analysis to identify emerging opportunities, risks and trends. ✅Evaluate fundraising technologies and BI solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

💰 Financial & Business Analysis

✅Analyse fundraising performance, trends and investment effectiveness. ✅Evaluate ROI and overall business impact of fundraising initiatives. ✅Conduct campaign profitability analysis. ✅Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning. ✅Analyse actual vs forecast performance and identify corrective actions. ✅Monitor fundraising efficiency and recommend improvements for sustainable growth.

🎓 Qualification & experience

✅ A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or a related field ✅ 5+ years' experience in statistics or business data analysis ✅ Proficiency in BI and statistical tools ✅ Experience with data modelling and segmentation ✅ Experience developing reports and dashboards ✅ Knowledge of direct marketing, statistical principles and data management.
