You will: - Analyse learner engagement, programme coverage and learning outcomes - Design and evaluate experiments - Run funnel, cohort and programme-fidelity analyses

What they want: - Strong SQL and Python - Experience with large, event-level datasets - Experimental design, power analysis and causal inference - Ability to explain findings to non-technical teams
